Shipping and Returns
ALL hats are ready to ship as is will leave our New York studio within 2 business days.
We would love to work with you to customize a hat! Please contact the studio to discuss your custom hat before placing your order email@example.com
Please allow 4 weeks for your custom hat to be made. Shipping time is in addition to production time.
Orders shipping within the United States will be shipped via UPS ground service free of charge. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
International orders will be shipped via UPS for a flat rate of USD$150-depending on clearance of the credit card.
Albertus Swanepoel LLC cannot ship to PO boxes.
Sales tax is applicable relevant to your location and is calculated at check out.
International orders, once at their destination, may be subject to customs clearance, which may add to delivery time. Albertus Swanepoel LLC is not responsible for taxes or duties on international orders.
We hope you are happy with your purchase but if not, please follow the return request process:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return request within three days of receipt of your purchase. In your email please state your item, order number and specify the reason for your return.
- You will receive a reply confirmation from which point you have 7 days to ship your item back.
- All return items must have original tags in place and be free of wear, stains, odor, or any condition, which would prevent it from being sold as new.
Albertus Swanepoel LLC reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policy outlined above. Items that are not pre-authorized for return will also not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your expense.
Albertus Swanepoel LLC cannot accept a return request or returned merchandise outside of the three and seven day time frames outlined above.
Once your return has been received, you will be refunded the amount paid, by your original payment method, less original shipping costs.
Please note: you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order.
